By accessing and using the Finme application, you agree to comply with the terms of service outlined below. Please read them carefully before using the product.

1. Scope of Service

Finme provides personal finance management tools including expense tracking, budgeting, asset tracking, and a system of 16 in-depth financial reports. Finme is not a licensed financial institution, bank, or investment advisory firm, and is not responsible for any financial or investment decisions made by users based on the app.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify Finme immediately if you detect any unauthorized access to your account. Each user may only create and use a single personal account.

3. Free and Premium Plans

Finme offers a Free-for-life plan with basic features, and a paid Premium plan that unlocks all 16 in-depth reports along with advanced features. Changing, pausing, or cancelling the Premium plan can be done following the instructions in the Account Settings section.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Finme for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to breach or damage the system, or copy or redistribute the application's source code, algorithms, or interface in any form without Finme's prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, interfaces, source code, and content appearing in the Finme application are owned by Finme or its relevant licensors. Users may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit these assets without consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Finme strives to ensure the accuracy of its reports and calculation tools; however, it does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Finme is not liable for any indirect damages arising from financial decisions made by users based on data within the application.

7. Termination

Finme reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms of service without prior notice. Users also have the right to stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

8. Changes to These Terms

Finme reserves the right to update these terms of service from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated to users through the application or the registered email address.
