Finme is committed to fully protecting the privacy and personal information of its users. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use the Finme application.

Finme only collects the minimum information necessary to operate your account: full name, email, phone number (if provided), and aggregated, anonymized app usage data. All detailed financial data (income, expenses, assets) is stored by default directly on your device under an Offline-First architecture; Finme does not collect this data to its servers unless you actively enable cloud sync.

2. How We Use Information

Information is used to maintain your account, improve the product experience, send important service-related notifications, and provide customer support when needed. Finme does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Sharing Information with Third Parties

Finme only shares information with partners that provide the technical infrastructure necessary to operate the service (for example, server hosting providers or payment gateways), and always requires these partners to comply with equivalent security standards. Finme does not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or any party outside the purpose of operating the product.

4. Data Retention Period

Account information is retained for as long as you use the service. If you request account deletion, Finme will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 business days, except for data that must be retained under applicable law (for example, invoices and payment records).

5. Intended Users

Finme is not intended for users under the age of 16. If Finme discovers that it has inadvertently collected information from a child under this age without parental consent, we will delete that data as soon as it is confirmed.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you have provided to Finme at any time through the Account Settings section, or by contacting our support team directly at info@finme.com.vn.
